1. Who we are
CheatX (package com.indiandriving.cheatcodes) is published by Mannadiar Media, Palakkad, Kerala, India. Contact: fewupdates.media@gmail.com.
2. What CheatX does
CheatX is an offline-friendly reference catalogue of cheat codes for Indian Bikes Driving 3D and other publicly-documented mobile driving games. It is a fan-made aggregator — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher.
3. Information we collect
CheatX is built privacy-first. We do not ask for an account, email, phone number, location, or any personally identifying information.
The app collects the following limited, non-identifying data:
- Anonymous device ID — a random UUID generated locally on first launch and stored in your phone's private app storage. We use it only to remember which wallpapers you liked or disliked so the same vote isn't counted twice. It is never linked to your name, email, or any other identifier, and we cannot use it to contact you.
- Crash and diagnostic logs (Firebase Crashlytics, if you have not opted out at the OS level) — stack traces and the device model when the app crashes. Used only to fix bugs.
- Aggregate usage analytics (Firebase Analytics, when enabled in a future version) — counts of screen views and tap events, with no personal identifiers attached.
We do not collect contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, photos, calendar, files, precise or approximate location, or any health data.
4. What we share with third parties
We use the following service providers strictly for the purposes listed:
- Google Firebase (Crashlytics + Cloud Messaging) — for crash reports and to send the optional "new codes added" push notifications. Firebase privacy.
- Google AdMob (only when ads are enabled in a future version) — serves banner / interstitial ads. AdMob may access your device's Advertising ID for ad personalisation; you can reset or disable this from Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Google privacy.
- Cloudflare — hosts our content delivery network (images) and proxies our API requests. Cloudflare's standard logs include IP addresses for ~24 hours for abuse prevention. Cloudflare privacy.
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
5. Where data is stored
The catalogue (cheat code text, wallpaper metadata, vote counts) is stored on a server in Bangalore, India. Wallpaper images are served from Cloudflare's global edge network. Encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) at all times.
6. Children
CheatX is rated for ages 13+. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete any associated anonymous device ID upon request.
7. Your choices & rights
- Uninstall — removes all locally cached data (favourites, theme preference, device ID).
- Stop crash reports — Android Settings → Apps → CheatX → permissions, or disable Crashlytics at the OS level.
- Reset Advertising ID (relevant once ads are on) — Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset.
- Server-side deletion — email fewupdates.media@gmail.com with your device ID (visible in the app under More → About in a future version, or from your phone via developer tools) and we will purge any votes associated with it within 30 days.
8. Cheat codes & intellectual property
We do not redistribute any copyrighted game asset (artwork, screenshots, audio, code). The cheat code strings we list are factual, publicly documented in the games' own patch notes and community channels, and not copyrightable. Game names are used under nominative fair use. If you are a rights holder and believe a listing violates your rights, email us and we will remove the affected entry within 48 hours.
9. Changes to this policy
If we add new data collection (e.g. when AdMob is turned on), this page will be updated and the app will surface a one-time notice on the next launch. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
