1. Acceptance
By installing or using CheatX (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
2. Licence
Mannadiar Media grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.
3. What CheatX is — and isn't
CheatX is a fan-made reference catalogue of cheat codes for third-party mobile games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher. All product names, game titles, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Cheat codes listed are publicly documented in the games' own patch notes or community channels.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any cheat code listed continues to work in any given version of any game, or that the App will be available, accurate, or error-free at all times. Use at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the App except as permitted by law.
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the App's servers or infrastructure.
6. Third-party content
The App may display banner ads via Google AdMob (once enabled), links to YouTube videos, and links to the Play Store. Mannadiar Media is not responsible for the content of any third-party site or service linked from the App.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mannadiar Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palakkad, Kerala, India.
